Rustic decorations are my best an I always jump at the opportunity to make use of them. I’ve been decorating for over five years and I always go back to every old rustic items because I know they’ll be useful. If you want something artistic and also something that’ll make you spend less money then rustic setups are the best.
A rustic garden will be the most artistic garden setup you’ve ever done. Rustic furnitures are better when used for floral designs, you’ll be surprised how the outcome will look when you’re done. Your old wheelbarrows, ladders, bookshelves and all those old items you’ve thrown away will come in handy so it’s time to go pick them up. Unless you’ve got a healthy budget and you want to buy new wooden items, those old furnitures will go along way. These setups are quite easy and you’ll be able to achieve them less time and by the end of this post, you’ll have found the perfect setup for your garden.

Rustic beds are pretty much like plant pots except that they’re a lot bigger than the regular pots. I recently started using them and they’re very cheap to setup unlike the concrete ones most people use. I fear that these woods might not last as much as the concrete but I can always change them, my love for rustic furnitures matters more.
They’ve done three beds with the wood and it’s pretty nice. I also like the idea of creating different segment for flowers of different colors. This style makes the garden look very beautiful because of the color mixture.
You can also attempt the rustic beds if you’re good at wood work, I’m not very bad at wood works so I did the beds myself.

Those ladders in your backyard or garage that you think are useless can be used for so many things. This is unrelated but I once used a ladder for a wedding decoration, this just shows how useful rustic ladders can be. If you’ve got a ladder hanging around then it’ll be nice to use them here.
Mount the ladder at your backyard or your front yard (which ever place you want the garden setup to be). change the woods to a larger one that can hold plant pots. You can just place planks there, it’s not that hard. Place the plant pots on each side of the ladder, it’ll be best to use plants of different colors too.

You don’t hand money to buy wood? No problem, there are more than enough ways to go about it. One reason why I love rustic decorations is that you can just get a bunch of woods and you’ll create the most artistic look. You can literally go in your garage get some woods and recreate this.
Your bookshelf, bed wood, tables, those rustic items you’ve thrown away, it’s time to put them to good use. This setup is pretty easy and you don’t need to be perfect in wood work.
You’ll need to get the measurements right for each bed or you’ll end up doing something that looks tacky. You can also add a barrel to the mix if you want more rustic items.

I first saw this setup about 5 years ago and thought it was nice, fast forward to today and literally everyone is doing it. It’s a method that’s been on for ages so I don’t know why I took too long for a lot of people to pick up on it. I really like the setup and I’ve done it at many parts of my house.
Get some wood, create a box shape but with the outside being open, nail it to any part of the house you want and place your plants. It’s pretty easy to setup if you’re good with woodwork.
I wasn’t sure about my woodwork expertise so I just used an old drawer, it’s a lot easier than doing it from scratch. The old drawer method is literally a lazy method but I love it.

One thing I like about wooden beds is that they can always be reconstructed if you don’t like the look, it’s one the advantages they have over concrete beds. I’ve reconstructed my beds so many times, I’ve use different colors for them and I never get tired, you can do that much change on a concrete without spending too much.
A high wooden bed is one I’ve been meaning to try, I’ve seen the short beds too much I want something different. This high bed gives a different vibe and I love it.
If you’re tired of those old small beds and you want something different for a change, then this should be the one. It’s long and made with rustic furniture which is literately the best.

Barrels can go a long way when it comes to decoration, I’ve used them for so many things so it’s no surprise that I’ve them then here. They’re some of the most artistic farmhouse items and you’ll love them for any decoration. They often come in handy when it comes party decorations but they’re being used for something entirely different here.
Replacing the regular plant pots with barrels is a genius idea, plants pots are great but nothing beats a farmhouse items when it comes to pure artistic value.
Arrange the barrels on straight line and use them as you plant pots. I’ve not tried this before but it looks like something I’ll not want to let go of, it’s uniform and unique.

Your pergola will be more beautiful if you tried to put floral designs in them. Most people have their pergola setup very close to their garden or in their garden so why not make it part of your garden. Extending your garden decoration to your pergola for patio will bring the most artistic look.
Extend your garden to the top of your pergola, if done something similar but I used hanging plant pot as opposed to this method. Use bring plants that extend for a beautiful look.
If you’re scare of doing a garden near rustic furnitures then don’t be. I’ve done so many rustic decorations and they’re the best for any thing that has to do with flowers.

That bookshelf that you’ve thrown away, you might want to go get it back. I remember preparing for a party and was looking for where to do the seating chart then my brother reminded me of a bookshelf I had kept in the garage.
I ended up using the rustic shelf for that arrangement, it was so beautiful with the flowers on them. I ended up placing the shelf in my garden.
From my experience with that floral seating arrangement, this method works. The difference between mine and this one is that I used plant pots with is a lot tidier than this. You can also try doing this method but the plant pots will be a lot neater than what they’ve done here.

We’ve seen gardens with multiple barrels and I know some of you might be wondering if you could make use of only one. If you only have one barrel then feel free to make use of it. You don’t need to occupy the whole place to make something look beautiful.
Get a nice barrel and space it in the corner you want it to be. They’ve gone for multiple vibrant flower which is perfect for a bright look, you can use wildflower as they’re very colorful and not expensive. I’ll love to paint the barrels too so I’ll keep that in mind.

11 pergola
If you’ve got a pergola and you’ve not made it party of your garden you’re very wrong. I was decorating a clients yard last month and the said he didn’t want anything in his pergola, I had to convince him that It’ll look good, and after some days, he gave in.
When I was done with the decoration, he could not believe it, this was something he had no interest in at all. The flowers I used made his pergola so beautiful, he kept asking himself why he waited this long to use more plants.

Wooden beds have been trending for a while and I like to go on tends, say what you want but I like trendy things. Go online and you’ll find most people recreating this wooden bed arrangement. I love rustic wood so I didn’t think twice about it, I just jumped right in as soon as I saw it.
Creating a section for each flower type is literally the most organized way of doing things, mixing different flowers on one bed will give a nice look too but I just love a uniform look. This is the perfect uniform look and I’ll love to replicate this rose bed arrangement.

The difference between rustic garden and other is that the wood itself is contributing to the beauty of your garden. Rustic furnitures are used everywhere and are considered the most artistic type. Just by using these rustic wood, you’ve already started a nice artistic journey.
I always wonder why some people don’t like colorful flowers. As much as I love colorful flowers, there are others who just want everything green too. The best thing about artistic decor is that it can be great for both colored and plain flowers, it’s simply the best.

Who would had thought that the old wheelbarrow will come in handy. If you love rustic decorations, my advice to you is to never throw away your wooden furnitures even if they’re not in use, you can always use them to create something different.
I love rustic decorations and I always find myself going back to my garage to get some old rustic items I’ve dumped. They’ve got the highest value if you ask me.

You have to keep colors in mind when you’re picking a rustic design, most rustic beds are great for any kind of plants but some are just perfect. Old rustic woods have a nice artistic color and look to them. You’ll never see me overlook a rustic design, they’re one of my best.
It’s a good practice to leave spaces when you’re constructing the beds, you want to be sure to leave spaces between each bed. They’ve planted different flowers on each bed with is a great idea(I fell like I’ve said this quite a lot, don’t plane me, I’m just obsessed).
