If you want your bedroom space to go beyond a moody setup, then they’re so many ways to do it. Changing the wall color to black is probably the most important step because it’s the walls that bring color to the bedroom, any dark color will do.
Floors, bedding and curtains are items you can consider when going for a moody setup. They’ve gone for an all dark setup which means every item comes in a dark shade. This is a great idea but I prefer to have some color in my setup, it’s up to you though.

I like the idea of placing vintage items even if a vintage decoration was never intended, this is the same for bohemian and farmhouse setups. I just love that idea of placing other items in my space. I have a bohemian rug in my bedroom even though my setup is a modern setup.
This is a nice modern setup but they’ve added a nice vintage nightstand, it could also pass for a rustic setup too. This is the best way to blend different styles together, add them slowly without making it too much.
