Seating arrangements is one of those things you can do without having any experience. I’ve done a lot of wedding decorations and seating arrangement is my best because it’s easy and you can literally use anything to create it. This is a nice floral seating chart you can recreate easily.

I did this recently and we used a bookshelf for it, those holes were filled with nice flowers. I printed the seating chart myself which is very easy to do actually.

You can use flowers, candles and other items to decorate the floor of this chart. If you’re using a rustic shelf then you’ll get the most artistic design.

Directional signs are very important in any event, regardless of how small the event is, people don’t want to keep asking questions about where they need to go.

These signs are very easy to do and you’ll love to try them. If you want something cheap then this is something you can recreate easily. You can even use old rustic wood too.

Assemble some Woods together, shape the woods into this nice arrow shape. The arrow shape is important and it point specifically to a particular direction.

Use markers to write the locations on the wood, use different colors so it’s easier to differentiate. Nail the small arrow shaped woods on a big one and that’s it! This is a very easy setup.

If you’re going for a backyard wedding, the trees should be as important as anything, you’ll need to make use of them every chance you get. These trees can save you a ton of money.

Last month I did a backyard wedding decor and used the tree as the arch and it was perfect, no money spent on buying another wooden arch.

This arch decoration is one of the best I’ve seen, they’ve used the trees and it looks better than the arch most people do.

Some flowers and some big clothes are all that was needed for this decoration. This arch is perfect and you’ll definitely love to recreate this setup.

That door in your garage that you think is useless can prove to be useful for your party decoration. I can’t count how many times I’ve had to go back to my garage. You’d be surprised that most of the things you’ve thrown away can come in handy when it comes to creating the best decor.

Candles and flowers are the two main items people use for wedding decoration so placing them in from should be a great idea. You can also use them to decorate the aisle by placing them from the door to the arch, you’ll need a lot of them though.

A photo display is one of the most emotional setups I’ve seen in a party. It’s always a nice to go down memory lane when you’re hosting a graduation or a wedding party and there’s nothing better than this photo display, your guests will love to try it for their wedding.

This setup can easily be done with your bed wood instead of creating another wooden item. They’ve place some pictures on the wood, these pictures have vintage frames so take note if you’re going for a vintage theme. You can also use plants to decorate the floor.

You don’t always need to redecorate if you want to create a nice seating arrangement. Like I said earlier, it’s literally the easiest thing you can do in any decoration. This setup is very easy and all you have to do is print out the seat numbers/names on a paper and that’s all.

They’ve used a big shelf (could also be a book shelf like we’ve seen before), placed the searing cards in it and that’s all. They also used some pictures and plants to beautify the place but you can do this without putting those items. If you want the perfect look then this should be great.

I’ve used this leaf setup for another posts but thought to bring it here because it looks perfect. This is literally the easiest and the most artistic seating setup I’ve seen. This setup is so good, I’ll still use it for another post. I didn’t think it would be this easy to make something cheap look very classy.

You don’t even need tutorial to do this wonderful design. Just leaves, papers and a board to put everything on, you can even use a wall if you want to.

Print your seating card, glue them to the board, pluck some leaves and write the seat numbers on them. The last thing is to attach the leaves to the papers on the board.

If you’re going for a backyard wedding then a floral wedding has got the be on your mind, floral weddings are top notch and everyone wants to try them. You’ll be missing out on a lot if you don’t give this magical floral wedding a chance. This design has the most unique look you’ll ever seen in a garden wedding.

Using flowers to decorate the arch is a practice as old as time, using this much flowers however, is not that common as most people prefer to use small plant pots.

They’ve used pink flowers for the aisle decor and they’ve also connected the pink flowers down the arch and used the flowers for the arch decor too.

Who says you have to print papers, you can always use what you’ve got instead of wasting money. You picking your backyard for the venues already tells me that you want your wedding to be as frugal as possible. This is the best way to create a nice menu without spending money.

You can use a bed wood for this or any wood, they’ve also used paints and that’s all. People spend a lot of money on printed papers and we’ve just seen something that doesn’t take time and it’s also budget friendly!

A bohemian setup is one of the most artistic setups, I say this a lot and it’s true. Opting for a bohemian wedding will give you the best wedding. Boho weddings are among the most artistic ones I’ve seen and this image says a lot. Another advantage is that they’re very cheap to organize if you’re looking to save money, this should be perfect.

Most people use flowers or candle lights to decorate their aisle but they’ve used something different. Bohemian mats are very artistic and using them to decorate the aisle is just perfect.

A boho hanger is ideas for the arch decoration, it’s literally what most people use. You can use flowers but these hangers will be better for this theme.

When it comes to wedding decoration, flowers are one of those things I never miss a chance to use. Candles and balloons can also be used but nothing beats flowers especially for a garden wedding. It’s always great to use flowers that have the same color as your wedding theme.

Flowers for the aisle decoration is one of the things I like to do. It’s a practice that has been going on for a long time and most people do it. Place your flowers on each side of the aisle from the entrance to the arch, this will create the best look ever. This is something everyone love to do.

A complete table setup is very important and it’ll be great if you can get it right. Candles, flowers and identical plate setup is one of the most essential for this decoration. It’s very similar to the table setup for home dining but this has more decoration and life to it.

If you’ve gotten your table cloth ready, your centerpiece and some candles, you’re ready to create a magical centerpiece.

Arrange your flowers in the middle just beside your candles, you can also recreate the flower over the top setting because it’s not that difficult.

You’ll need to use a class cover for the candles because keeping them close to the flowers can be dangerous.

You can always recreate your own arch without doing the usual wooden style. I love when people try something different, something that’s totally different from the norm. This is a great arch idea that can also serve as a backdrop, I’ll really love to recreate this.

The fact that this can be used as an arch and also as a backdrop blows my mind, I never thought I’d see something like this and it’s just beautiful to see. Flowers, mirrors and clothes are the items they’ve use to create this look. You should also be able to recreate this using a tree, I’ve done something similar before.

Wildflowers are some of the best flowers you’ll ever find when it comes to wedding decoration, the versatility of these flowers is unmatched. You can use them for centerpiece, aisle decoration, arch decorations and many more. Wildflower weddings are very popular so don’t hesitant to try them out.

Use wildflowers as your centerpiece for your table setting. Get a bunch of them, place them in a vase and that’s it, there’s not much to do when it comes to centerpiece.

You can also use the wildflowers to decorate the floor around the table. Most people don’t do this but it’s one of the things I like to do, it’ll make the floor look nice.

You’ve probably seen a lot of people do this flower ceiling thing and you’ve been wondering if you should try it too. I’ve had people tell me to do a compilation of them so they can pick one for their wedding. It’s one of the best things to do for your table setting.

Connect a rope across the table, it should be from one end to the other. These ropes can also be the one that connects the lights. Use flowers to decorate the rope, you can also used balloons if it’s a birthday party. This can easily be the best table setting if you do it right.

You cannot have a cart and not decorate them very well, if you’re going to use a beverage cart then it’s best you decorate them in the best way. Flowers are ideal for this decoration, a lot of people use balloons but I don’t like balloons when I’m decorating a wedding venue.

If the cart is an all-white cart like this one, you’ll don’t even need to do too much. A beautiful cart like this will need a minimal decoration.

Get flowers that fits the theme of your decoration, use the flowers to decorate the side of your cart. This is the best way to decorate a wedding cart and you’ll love it.

If you’re decorating and you’re going by the theme, there are certain places that people neglect and I don’t do that. Most people just get a bunch of chairs and place them there without doing anything. The fact that the chairs are beautiful doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t decorate them according to theme.

The last time I decorated the chairs, I used flowers to design the handles, it was a really nice look and the hosts loved it.

These used blue clothes where instead of flowers, this is a blue wedding so it makes sense that they’ve use blue clothes for the chair decoration.

Vintage lamps can be used for so many things that does not even include its main purpose. I’ve used vintage lamps in so any ways. If you’ve got these vintage lamps lying around, you should probably go get them because they’re the best.

I recently did a wedding decoration and we used vintage lamps as the centerpiece and it was the best thing ever. It’s a trend that a lot of people have been doing so I thought I should give it a try.

Get some vintage lamps, place candles and flowers in them and you’re good to go, the most artistic centerpiece has been created. You’ll really love to try this out.

If you’ve got no trees around and you don’t have the budget to do a reach arch, there are other ideas. If you want to try something completely different, there are other ideas too. There’s so much you can do, an arch is ideal for every wedding but you can always make something better.

This setup looks a lot cheaper and better than the regular arch. Those rustic wood used for the arch are not cheap, you’ll also need to be very good at woodwork to make your own arch. This arrangement looks cheaper and everything can be reused too.

I said it earlier that the trees are very important and this design is another example. Don’t leave your backyard tree like that without doing something with them. Most trees are used as arch or you can use them to create an entrance, it’s pretty nice when you use them.

No matter the shape of the tree, you can use it as an arch. Flowers, candles and some clothes will go a long way in this decoration.
